DDMIX classes provide a full body workout based on a huge range of different dance styles with easy to follow steps. It was created by Darcey Bussell and Nathan Clarke to provide fun fitness for everyone.


Classes are payable in 9 week blocks and all you need is a pair of trainers - we provide everything else!
