Dragonflies Dance Show

Every 2 years all of the students in the dance school, from Pre-primary level and upwards, perform in the dance school show. The performance is held in a working theatre on a large stage with professional sound and lighting, giving the students a wonderful experience in a professional environment.

The show gives the whole school a sense of team work especially during the rehearsal process and on the show day itself. Students have lots of fun dancing in costumes on the stage under the lights with their classmates and showing friends and family what they have been learning in their dancing classes.

Our next show will be in March 2020!

Wish Upon a Star April 2018

Our 2018 show was 'Wish Upon a Star' (held at the Kings College Theatre, Taunton).  In the first half all the ballet students within the dance school performed an original version of Snow White, the second half of the show featured all the Acrobatics, Modern and Tap dance students who performed a variety of dances which was a tribute to both current and traditional Disney movies.

"What an amazing show! All the dancers were wonderful!Thank you for your hard work and believing in my children. You boosted their confidence so much. They both thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it."

Stars of the Screen April 2016

Our 2016 show was 'Stars of the Screen' (held at the Kings College Theatre, Taunton).  In the first half all the ballet students within the dance school performed an original version of Alice's Adventures in Wonderland, the second half of the show featured all the Modern and Tap dance students who performed a variety of dances in the theme of a well known movies, from Minions to the Great Gatsby!

"All the students did really well, both young and old, and both performances, ballet, modern and tap, were done in a very professional way. Maisie absolutely loved it and it was great to see them all on stage. So much time and effort must have gone into it, but the result was well worth it." Claire and Nick
